Biscottini di Natale 1!! Christmas biscuits 1!!

Damn, I have completely been absorbed by the holidays .... I cooked a lot but I have not yet had time to post anything ... but now I definitely want to fix it.
I'll start with a recipe I used (and sometimes changed as my usual) for the Christmas cookies I gave to friends as a present!

Round of hazelnuts and chocolate!

240 g flour
120 g butter
120 g sugar
40 g hazelnuts grinded
a teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1 egg
1-2 tablespoons milk

Mix all ingredients together to form a hard and smooth dough, form some rolls of approximately 2 cm of
diameter and let them rest in the fridge for a couple of hours, then pass them into the sugar so that they are well coated and then cut the biscuits with a knife at about 1 cm in height, arrange them on the baking sheet and cook at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Variation: you can use all kinds of dry fruits you like most, and if you want you can put no cocoa into the biscuits.
